Self-pickup In Store (Click and Collect)
Our Self-pickup In-Store option offers you the convenience of placing an order on buma.my and subsequently picking up your item(s) at merchant / seller stores.
Step 1 Place Your Order – Choose the “Self Pickup” option during checkout.
Step 2 Receive Email Confirmation – Once your order is under status processed/processing, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that it’s ready to pick up.
Step 3 Pick up order at the store – Bring your identification and notification email to merchant / seller store’s service desk.
*Self-pickup is subject to stock availability and valid only at the specific store selected by the customer when placing an order, during store’s normal operating hours and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email.
*Any order placed via Self-pickup In Store or Click and Collect should be collected within 7 working days upon notification. Should no one be available to collect the order, it will be forfeited and strictly non-refundable.
Standard Delivery - 3-5 Working Days
Applicable to small parcel order and medium size order not exceeding 1M3 (cube meter) in volume metric or maximum 3.0m (meter) in length.
Oversize Delivery – 7-14 Working Days
For large quantity or bulk order items, this may include one or several deliveries, fulfilled by seller/merchant 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) providers. The delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside your home; typically the porch, or driveway in front of the garage. As for multi-story residential & commercial buildings, delivery will be limited to unloading bay or any designated unloading zone. The carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. And, the buyer shall be responsible for providing the carrier with a safe access road and unloading site.
Split Order Delivery
We are committed to delivering your order as fast as we can. As such, seller/merchant may split your order into multiple deliveries, so that you can plan ahead with confidence. Or, you may just inform seller/merchant know your priority when placing the order.

Customer may be required to pay additional charges if the following additional costs are incurred that were not originally expected during the course of shipping & delivery.
- Idling or waiting for charges
- Delivery rerouting charges
- Unloading charges
Without any prejudice, customer may be subjected to shipping & delivery penalty fees under the following conditions:-
- Rescheduling of shipped items
- Cancellation of shipped items
- Partial unloading of shipped items
